Google has confirmed the launch date of its new Nexus phones, thanks to a slip up on Google Play Store. The pricing of the two phones was already online. Flipkart, on its website, has already started featuring Nexus 6P.The phones will be launched on October 13.At a starting price of Rs 39,999, the Nexus 6P was listed and the Nexus 5X would cost Rs 31,900. However, a ‘coming soon’ tag is there in the individual listing pages for the smartphones with no other information and it’s possible these prices may not be the final ones and may change.A 5.7-inch AMOLED display with QHD (1440x2560p) resolution is one of the new Nexus 6P feature. For security purpose, it comes with the integrated Nexus Imprint fingerprint sensor on the back. The smartphone is reportedly powered by Snapdragon 810 processor. It has 3GB RAM for hassle free performance.It comes in three storage variants: 32, 64 and 128GB. For storage expansion, there is no SD card support. The 6P has a 12.3MP rear camera with 1.55micron sensor support which means that it can capture more light, thus delivering better lowlight photos and is no doubt an attractive feature of the gadget. The camera also supports 4K recording. It can capture videos at 240 frames per second.The front camera is 8MP. For a Nexus smartphone, it is the highest resolution for selfie camera till date. An all-metal, 7.33mm thick body gives the phone an attractive look. The smartphone features in white, grey and aluminium finishes. It has a 3,450mAh battery. For music lovers, it comes with front-facing stereo speakers.With a 5.2-inch screen, Nexus 5X comes with relatively lower Full HD resolution of1080x1920p . It is powered by the 64-bit Snapdragon 808 processor and has 2GB RAM. 16GB and 32GB are the storage capacities of the smartphone and has no microSD card support.
